  • Baby cot and and high chair on request.
  • Extra beds are not available.
  • There is no age restriction.
  • Accessibility: The upper floor is only accessible via stairs.
  • Tourist tax will be paid by owner
  • Guests staying for at least 12 nights are entitled to a complimentary cleaning starting from the 8th day and then weekly. Additional cleanings can be requested for € 315 per cleaning.
  • Guests staying for at least 12 nights are entitled to a complimentary change of towels and bed linen starting from the 8th day and then weekly. Additional changes can be requested for € 65 per change.

  • Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00
  • Check-out from 08:00 to 10:00
  • The quiet hours are between 00:00 and 08:00.
  • Stag/hen parties or similar celebrations and parties are not permitted in the villa.
  • Smoking is not permitted.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • A damage deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. This is paid by credit card. You will receive a refund within 7 days of departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card after the accommodation has been checked and no damage has been found.
